Fuel Pressure, Friend or Foe
A common complaint we always here after a customer has installed a Weber conversion is of a rich running condition. Most time people blame the jetting. Before you start changing jets check the fuel pressure. Weber Carbs prefer to run at 2.50 to 3.00 pounds of fuel pressure.
A simple and easy way to fix the problem is to install a Fuel Pressure Regulator. The regulator of choice here at Weber Carbs 4 Less is the Holley 12-804.
